The professional courses in cooking and pastry are aimed at those who aspire to become professionals in the restaurant industry and who want to build a solid professional foundation from the basics.

The specialization masterclasses are also designed for industry professionals who wish to enrich their enogastronomic knowledge and skills. Italian Chef Academy courses start from the fundamentals, do not require previous experience, and are limited to a small number of participants, ensuring dedicated and high-quality training for each of our students. Our courses are open to highly motivated students from both Italy and abroad.

In the case of international students, classes will be conducted in English and/or Italian with the assistance of a specialized native interpreter in cooking terminology.

Our training courses to become a professional chef are aimed at aspiring chefs who want to learn the craft from scratch.

All courses include dedicated theoretical and practical lessons held at our Academy’s premises, followed by practical internships at one of our prestigious and numerous establishments across the national territory.

The course duration varies based on the chosen program, always following the same frequency: 5-hour lessons, three times a week, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Afterward, there are professional in-depth labs and practical internships.

The classes are taught by professional chefs, academics, and experts renowned in Italy and internationally, and they take place at the prestigious location of the Italian Chef Academy in Via Decio Filipponi 15, Rome. Upon completion of the course, a qualification recognized in Italy and worldwide will be issued (including certification of practical experience and HACCP), acknowledged by the National Professional Education Institute (an institution accredited by MIUR – the Ministry of Education, University, and Research), which facilitates a rapid entry into the job market.

Our training courses to become a professional pastry chef are aimed at aspiring pastry chefs who want to learn the craft from scratch. All courses include dedicated theoretical and practical lessons held at our Academy’s premises, followed by practical internships at one of our prestigious and numerous establishments across the national territory.

The course duration varies based on the chosen program, always following the same frequency: 5-hour lessons, three times a week, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Afterward, there are professional in-depth labs and practical internships.

The classes are taught by professional pastry chefs, master pastry chefs, academics, and experts renowned in Italy and internationally, and they take place at the prestigious location of the Italian Chef Academy in Via Decio Filipponi 15, Rome. Upon completion of the course, a qualification recognized in Italy and worldwide will be issued (including certification of practical experience and HACCP), acknowledged by the National Professional Education Institute (an institution accredited by MIUR – the Ministry of Education, University, and Research), which facilitates a rapid entry into the job market.

Michelin Star Workshops

Michelin Star Workshops

The specialization masterclasses are designed for professionals and/or previously trained students who aim to acquire advanced techniques and knowledge from Michelin-starred chefs, Italian champions, and experts in the field.

The specialization masterclasses allow professionals to stay updated on industry trends, emerging techniques, and international influences, either during one Monday or two-day training sessions (Monday and Tuesday) for more complex masters.

Throughout the year, the masterclasses are scheduled to take place with the following frequency: 5 hours of practical training at the Academy’s location for chefs and pastry chefs in Via Decio Filipponi 15, Rome. At the end of each professional update, a certificate of participation will be issued, recognized by the Italian Chef Association as well.

Master in Arti Culinarie

I Master in Arti Culinarie organizzati da Romevent srl per Italian Chef Academy sono rivolti solo ed esclusivamente a studenti fortemente motivati che aspirano a diventare dei professionisti del settore ristorativo e che intendono costruire un’adeguata formazione professionale.


Per partecipare sarà necessario svolgere un colloquio conoscitivo e di selezione che potrà essere svolto presso la nostra sede in via Decio Filipponi 15 a Roma oppure per vie telematiche (Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp …)


Gli iscritti seguono un programma di lezioni teorico/pratiche, laboratori professionali di approfondimento, lezioni di lingua Inglese con Cooking Terminology on demand e tirocini formativi in prestigiose realtà nazionali e/o estere.


Apprendono da chef stellati, campioni italiani, maestri pasticceri, esperti cuochi e pasticceri, tecniche di cucina e pasticceria base ed avanzata. Una vera e propria esperienza di brigata che permette di sviluppare anche le soft skills necessarie per far carriera all’interno del mondo della ristorazione.


La durata del percorso formativo è di un anno, combina sia il corso chef che quello di pasticceria avanzati. Infine, include 1000 ore di tirocinio formativo in una o due strutture partner di alto rilievo (stellati Michelin, Relais & Châteaux, Resort 5 stelle …)


I Master in Arti Culinarie di Italian Chef Academy prevedono un numero ristretto e limitato di partecipanti.

Master in Culinary Arts

The Master in Culinary Arts, organized by Romevent srl for Italian Chef Academy, is exclusively designed for highly motivated students who aspire to become professionals in the restaurant industry and wish to pursue a comprehensive professional education.

To participate, a knowledge and selection interview is required, which can be conducted at our premises in Via Decio Filipponi 15, Rome, or through virtual means (Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp, etc.). Enrolled students will follow a program of theoretical and practical lessons, professional in-depth labs, English language lessons with Cooking Terminology on demand, and practical internships in prestigious national and/or international establishments.

They will learn from Michelin-starred chefs, Italian champions, master pastry chefs, experienced cooks, and pastry chefs about basic and advanced cooking and pastry techniques. This is a true brigade experience that allows students to develop the soft skills necessary for a successful career in the culinary industry. The duration of the training program is one year, combining advanced chef and pastry courses. Furthermore, it includes 1000 hours of practical internships at one or two renowned partner establishments (Michelin-starred restaurants, Relais & Châteaux, 5-star resorts, etc.). Italian Chef Academy’s Master in Culinary Arts is limited to a small number of participants. With our Master, from traditional to innovative cuisine, you will learn all the secrets of the trade from the best masters.
