“MICHELIN” PASTRY
The specialization courses are designed for professionals and/or former students who aim to acquire advanced knowledge and techniques from Michelin-starred chefs, Italian champions, and experts in the field.
The specialization masterclasses allow professionals to stay updated on the latest trends, emerging techniques in the industry, and international influences, held either on a Monday or during two days of comprehensive training (Monday and Tuesday) for more complex professional insights.
Mondays are dedicated to professionals seeking professional updates, with practical sessions lasting 3 to 5 hours at the headquarters of the Italian Academy of Chefs and Pastry Chefs located at Via Decio Filipponi 15 in Rome.
At the end of each professional update, a participation certificate will be issued, recognized by the Italian Chef Association.
