The Master in Culinary Arts organized by Romevent srl for ITALIAN CHEF ACADEMY is exclusively for highly motivated students who aspire to become professionals in the restaurant industry and intend to build a suitable professional training.
To participate, a preliminary interview and selection (for non-residents, the interview can be conducted via SKYPE) will be required. Participants will follow a program of theoretical/practical lessons, professional in-depth workshops, on-demand English Language lessons with Cooking Terminology, and training internships at prestigious national and/or international establishments.
The lessons are taught by renowned Italian and international chefs, academics, and experts.
Working with a limited number of students to ensure the highest quality standards, we strongly recommend that all future students (both Italian and international) apply well in advance. For our international students, we recommend requesting information 8 to 12 weeks before the start of the course of interest (estimated average time for visa requests).
