MICHELIN-STARRED CUISINE
The specialization courses are designed for professionals and/or previously trained students who wish to acquire advanced knowledge and techniques from Michelin-starred chefs, Italian champions, and experts in the field.
The specialization masterclasses allow professionals to stay updated on industry trends, emerging techniques, and international influences, either on a single Monday or during two days of training (Monday and Tuesday) for more complex professional insights.
Mondays are dedicated to professionals with professional updates ranging from 3 to 5 hours, taking place at the academy of chefs and pastry chefs located at Via Decio Filipponi 15 in Rome.
At the end of each professional update, a participation certificate will be issued, also recognized by the Italian Chef Association.
