Professional Chef Training:
- 170 hours of theoretical and practical lessons at the Academy
- Lessons held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm (or from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm)
Professional Pastry Training:
- 150 hours of theoretical and practical lessons at the Academy

The Master in Culinary Arts organized by Romevent srl for ITALIAN CHEF ACADEMY is exclusively for highly motivated students who aspire to become professionals in the restaurant industry and intend to build a suitable professional training.
To participate, a preliminary interview and selection (for non-residents, the interview can be conducted via SKYPE) will be required. Participants will follow a program of theoretical/practical lessons, professional in-depth workshops, on-demand English Language lessons with Cooking Terminology, and training internships at prestigious national and/or international establishments.
The lessons are taught by renowned Italian and international chefs, academics, and experts.
