<p>Il 12 dicembre 2024 l&#8217;Italian Chef Academy ha avuto il piacere di ospitare la talentuosa chef colombiana <strong>Elsis Maria Valencia</strong>, in collaborazione con l’<strong>Ambasciata Colombiana</strong>, per una masterclass indimenticabile dedicata alla cucina del Pacifico.</p>



<p>Gli studenti hanno avuto l&#8217;opportunità di immergersi nei profumi e nei sapori autentici della Colombia, imparando a preparare piatti tradizionali e scoprendo i segreti di una cucina ricca di storia e passione.</p>



<p>La cucina colombiana è un vero e proprio viaggio sensoriale, un mosaico di sapori e tradizioni che riflette la diversità geografica e culturale del paese. Ogni regione ha le sue specialità, ma tutte condividono una passione per gli ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. La regione del Pacifico colombiano, con le sue coste selvagge e le foreste pluviali, offre una varietà di prodotti unici che si riflettono nella sua cucina. Per la chef Elsis Maria Valencia la cucina non è solo cibo, ma anche un modo di vivere.&nbsp;</p>

Un viaggio straordinario che non si limita a insegnare a cucinare, ma a <strong>nutrire</strong> in modo consapevole, rispettoso dell’ambiente e attento ad una longevità sana.</p>

<p>Questo corso rappresenta una vera e propria <strong>rivoluzione culinaria</strong>, che cambia il modo di pensare al cibo. Grazie a un approccio che sposa medicina ed alimentazione, i partecipanti esploreranno l’importanza di scegliere con consapevolezza le materie prime, apprendendo come accostarle, cucinarle e conoscerle al meglio per esaltarne le proprietà nutrizionali. <p>Once again, from November 13th to 19th, <strong><em>&#8220;Italian Culinary Week in the World&#8221;</em></strong>.will be celebrated. This thematic initiative aims to promote high-quality Italian cuisine and agri-food products and is supported by the network of Embassies, Consulates, Italian Cultural Institutes, and ICE Offices abroad.</p>

<p>The event is developed following these main directions:</p>

<p><strong>1.</strong> Enhancement of the rich food and wine traditions of the various regions and territories of the country, with the aim of promoting Italian culture internationally.</p>

<p><strong>2.</strong> Promotion of the Mediterranean Diet as a model for a balanced lifestyle.</p>

<p><strong>3. </strong>Protection and promotion of protected designation of origin (PDO) and protected geographical indication (PGI) products, while combating the phenomenon of Italian-sounding, which causes immeasurable damage to genuine Made in Italy products.</p>

<p><strong>4.</strong> Actions aimed at promoting Italian wines and improving their position in international markets.</p>

<p><strong>5.</strong> Activities aimed at presenting and internationalizing Italian educational offerings in the sector.</p>

<p>Italian Chef Academy, as one of the most important professional cooking schools in Italy, participates in this initiative every year, supporting Made in Italy, sustainability, and the training of industry professionals. Our academy pays particular attention to:</p>
